Refund Policy

Free trial first

You can start with a 14 day chatbot trial without a card. Stripe checkouts for paid-product trials may ask for a card, but the checkout screen shows the amount due today before you confirm.

First paid period

If the service does not work for you, email adam@apexweb.hu within 14 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full. No forms, no questions beyond what helps us fix the problem.

After that

Monthly fees for periods already started are not prorated when you cancel; your subscription simply does not renew. If we materially fail to provide the service (extended outage caused by us), contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period.

Website projects and webshop subscriptions

Custom website project payments are handled according to the accepted quote. Deposits cover planning and reserved production time, so they may be non-refundable once work has started unless the quote says otherwise.

The self-serve webshop publish subscription follows the subscription refund rules above: contact us within 14 days of the first paid charge if the hosted inquiry storefront does not work for you.

If we materially cannot deliver the agreed scope, we either correct the issue, credit the affected milestone, or refund the undelivered portion. Change requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work continues.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
