Each plan includes a monthly minute allowance (Starter 300, Pro 900, Business 2,500). Minutes above the allowance are billed at $0.20/min and added to the next invoice. A hard cap at 2x included minutes pauses the line for the rest of the period to prevent runaway cost; the line resumes automatically at the next billing period. Number porting, extra countries, extra numbers, and external calendar/CRM integrations are scoped before billing.
