Which plan includes automation?
Automation is available as its own plan and inside Apex Suite. The Automation plan includes the Apex chatbot lead-capture layer, so you do not need a separate Chatbot subscription for the workflow to run.
Does it integrate with my email?
Approved follow-up emails are sent from Apex infrastructure. Quote and appointment drafts are routed to the owner inbox for final handling.
Can I control what it drafts?
Yes. In the dashboard you can turn email, quote and appointment proposal drafts on or off for each tenant.
