Voice agent questions
Does it really speak Hungarian properly?
Yes. We use a native Hungarian neural voice model specifically tuned for business conversations. Hungarian diacritics, natural rhythm.
What happens if the agent cannot answer a question?
It politely takes a message and tells the caller you will get back to them. You receive the message immediately.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Self-serve activation currently supports United States +1 and Hungary +36 numbers. Number porting, other countries, area codes and extra numbers are scoped before paid activation.
Is there a per-minute charge?
Starter includes 300 minutes/month, Pro includes 900 minutes/month, and Business includes 2,500 minutes/month. Minutes above the allowance are billed at $0.20/min and added to the next invoice automatically. A hard cap at 2x included minutes (Starter 600, Pro 1,800, Business 5,000 min) pauses the line for the rest of the billing period if reached, then resumes at the next period.
How long does activation take?
The web demo is ready during the trial. Phone activation starts automatically after the first paid invoice; porting, extra countries and extra numbers are scoped before billing.
